Sasquatch Win 3-0 Walk-Off
|
Seattle starter Jason Sanders pitched well against the Hawaii Honu at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 3-0, in 10 innings. Seattle reliever Dave Foster snagged the win, upping his record to 8-4. Karl Molnar shouldered the loss. The 5th-place Sasquatch now have a record of 68-74.
Seattle got a clutch hit from Carlos Arevalo. The pinch hitter launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.
"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Arevalo.
