The Bloomington Blazers pinned a convincing loss on the Seattle Sasquatch, 9-1, at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium. Mark Coppage was a main factor in the win. He slugged 3 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring three times for Bloomington. The Blazers have an impressive 84-53 record.

Bloomington got a big at-bat from Santa Clarita, California native Jaden White, who in the top of the fourth hit a bases-clearing double. It was his 42nd double of the season and put the Blazers ahead, 7-0.

"I think every team will tell you that the pitching sets the tone, especially the starters," said Bloomington skipper Scott Andrews.
