Hrusovsky Excels in 12-8 Eagle Rock Win
The Eagle Rock Ridge Runners defeated the Manhattan Slice, 12-8, in Roberto Clemente League action at Ozark Mountain Stadium. Dean Hrusovsky pulled his weight. The 7-year veteran hit 3 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored three times. Eric Kimbrough closed it out for his 2nd save. The Ridge Runners improved their record to 48-69 by beating Manhattan.

Brent Alexander hit a 2-run double off Mario Mirabal in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Ridge Runners in front, 10-8. In addition to the double, Alexander had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Alexander told the Eagle Rock Bulletin.
