The Ramrods faced a stiff challenge from Asheville pitcher Victor Lara, but persevered to claim a win at Station Center Yard. The final score was 2-1. Lara went 8 innings and allowed no runs. The win has Huntington Station at 47-69.

Jeremy Nowell was the walk-off hero for Huntington Station. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Ramrods first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
