Buffalo left fielder Cliff Millar helped his team beat the Mexico City Luchadores, 9-6. Millar, who is tied for 5th in the TML in runs scored with 85, went 2 for 4 for the Bison. Buffalo reliever David Padilla picked up the win to move to 1-2. Marco Huerta suffered the loss. The win puts the Bison at 56-55, while the Luchadores drop to 57-54.

Jose Espinoza, who is on pace for 118 RBI this season, aided the Buffalo cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the second. For the game, the second baseman went 1 for 4.

"It's not about individual awards," Espinoza told a Buffalo News reporter after the game. "It's about winning championships. That's what we play for."
