The Bloomington Blazers grabbed a win, 6-0, over the Asheville Moonshiners at Arson Arena. Bloomington left fielder Jasper Bisson was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Jay Vincent picked up the win, improving his season record to 4-0. He struck out 6 in 7 innings. The Blazers are now 65-46.

Jeremiah Donahoo was 1-3 for Bloomington. The 13-time All-Star had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring single off Felipe Roybal. It was his 74th hit of the season.
