Havana Stogies starter Drew Shaffer turned in an exceptional performance against the Milwaukee Millers at The Humidor, resulting in a Havana win, 6-0. The Stogies have hit the ground running, raising their record to 8-4. While it's still too soon to talk about Havana hoisting their 5th ABL Championship trophy, fans are getting excited about their strong start.

Shaffer was the winner. He's now 1-1, after putting the Milwaukee offense in a vise grip. Over 8 innings, he gave up no runs on 4 hits, while racking up 8 Ks.

"Drew set the tone with his ability to attack the hitters," said Havana manager Taylor Hillary.
