Godinez Impresses as Warriors Knock Off Honu, 6-0
David Godinez, who leads the TML in wins with 15, never let the Honu get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Warriors to a win, 6-0. The first-place Warriors now have a record of 84-41.

Godinez, who was born in Chalchihiutan, Mexico, threw 101 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing no runs.

"David's stuff looked really, really crisp," said Armando Medina, the Warriors manager.
