The 3-hit performance of Ed Knight helped the Hawaii Honu beat the Bighorn Bison, 9-1. Hawaii reliever Yun-fat Liang was the winner. His record is now 5-3. Elias Zuniga took the loss. Colin Keller collected his 8th save.

With Hawaii leading 2-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Knight hit a cutter from Austin Gray for a run-scoring double. It was his 21st double of the season and put the Honu ahead, 3-1.

"We'll need a much better effort, the next time out," said losing manager Carlos Esparza.

With the victory, the Honu upped their record to 56-51.
