Tornadoes Pick Up 4-1 Road Win Over Quebec
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Kansas City Tornadoes and Quebec Armada.

Paul Alexander pitched a dandy of a game to help the Kansas City Tornadoes beat the Quebec Armada, 4-1. Picking up the save was 14-year veteran Bobby Milleville.

Kansas City used a clutch at-bat from Matt Cardon to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Tornadoes ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Alexander. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."

At 54-66, the Tornadoes claim 5th place in the Roberto Clemente League Central Division.
