The Victoria Totems licked the The Stinging Larvae, 7-4. Kevin Singel deserved a big chunk of the credit. The first baseman hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Totems. Victoria now owns a record of 44-36.

Victoria took a 7-4 lead on Dave Andrade's 13th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Andrade hit in the bottom of the eighth, left The Stinging pitcher Celestino Gobbi visibly frustrated.

Andrade said his wife shared good advice with him before the game. "She said, 'Don't allow this game to make you mad.' When I thought about it, I realized this is just a game. I was able to relax at the plate."
