Jacksonville turned a good effort from starter B.J. Tourtelotte into a win over the Buffalo Bison at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. The Pilots won the game, 4-2. Tyler Martin nailed down his 36th save. The second-place Pilots now sit at 70-48.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Chris Ingram? The Jacksonville designated hitter had a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Pilots on top, 2-1. For the game, Ingram had 1 double and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.
