Racers Get 10-4 Win Versus Minneapolis
At Top of the Hill, the Minneapolis Freeze and Bowling Green Racers were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Bowling Green parlayed a decent outing from starter Danny Barajas into a solid win over the Minneapolis Freeze. The final score was 10-4. Barajas picked up the win for Bowling Green, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 3-1.

The Freeze had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Racers going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 27-year old third baseman Roberto Miranda came to the plate. Miranda hit a 2-run double on a 1-1 cutter from Minneapolis hurler Devin Gammon. It was Miranda's 18th double of the year.
