Behind the hitting of Michio Matsumoto, the Huntington Station Ramrods stopped the Walnut Creek Warriors, 7-5. Matsumoto went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Ramrods. Dusty Miranda earned the save for Huntington Station. The Ramrods now have a mark of 46-54.

The game turned with two out in the top of the fourth. That's when Matsumoto hit a 3-run home run off David Godinez. It propelled the Ramrods into the lead, 6-3.
