Clark Excels in 6-1 Baton Rouge Win
The Baton Rouge Outlaws dealt the Albuquerque Cacti a 6-1 loss at Albuquerque Sports Stadium. Adrian Clark was the star on offense. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Baton Rouge pitcher Chad Reid earned the win, hiking his record to 4-5. Edgar Arredondo suffered the loss. With the victory, the Outlaws upped their record to 75-71.

Early in the game, Clark had a 3-run home run for Baton Rouge. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Outlaws on top, 3-0.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Outlaws manager Rick Childress, "I like our chances."
