The Quebec Armada got a good effort from starter Justin Jenks in defeating the Cabo San Lucas Toreros at Lucky 7 Ballpark. The final score was 4-2. In 8.1 innings, Jenks surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 3. He allowed 2 runs. Quebec is now 57-58, Cabo San Lucas 41-77.

The Armada benefited from a costly error in the bottom of the third. With Mike Rudolph at bat and Quebec trailing 1-0, the Cabo San Lucas miscue allowed Quebec to plate 2 and take the lead, 2-1.
