Raiders Earn Win with Late Rally
The Reno Raiders nipped the Fairfield Flash, 9-8, at House of Pain. Reno shortstop Pete May, in particular, starred. The Raiders now have a record of 58-83.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, May hit a fastball from Fabien Nuvolari for a solo home run. The Raiders, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"The crowd was juiced," said May.
