The 3-hit performance of Alan Willer, who finished 5th in the TML in triples with 8 in 2060, helped the Bloomington Blazers beat the San Francisco Earthquakes, 10-1. Bloomington reliever Eric Jerome got the win, raising his record to 6-3. Rich Swayngim was tagged with the loss. The Blazers saw their win-loss record go to 68-47. At the same time, the Earthquakes fell to 52-64.

With Bloomington leading 2-1 in the top of the fifth, Willer hit a changeup from Rich Swayngim for a 2-run home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Blazers ahead, 4-1.

"Not my idea of a good time," San Francisco manager Zayar Adelabu said, when asked afterward about the game.
