Thompson Excels in 12-3 Baltimore Win
The Baltimore Magicians handed the Kingwood Knights a sound defeat, 12-3, at Baltimore Stadium. Dylan Thompson was a main contributor to the win. He was 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for Baltimore. Xavier Chavez, the winning pitcher, is now 9-3. He went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 6 hits, while fanning 9 and walking 2. Alex Enriquez got the save, the 2nd for him this season.

The Magicians got a big boost from third baseman Will Moreno who had a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first inning off Knights hurler Ruben Cruz. It was his 102nd walk of the season and put Baltimore on top, 1-0.
