The Marshall Lawmen topped the Chippewa River Chiefs, 16-8, in RCL A action at The Cell. The game was highlighted by the performance of Marshall left fielder Dustin Horn. Marshall pitcher Bo Ferguson got the win. He's now 18-5. Brett Bunn was tagged with the loss. Marshall, at 96-46, is cruising.

Steve Gillin had a big 2-run double for the Lawmen in the bottom of the second inning. With Marshall leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he got a curveball from Brett Bunn and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 13th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Lawmen ahead, 4-1.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Gillin.
