The Cabo San Lucas Toreros picked up a win at Field de Los Layendas, dropping the Montreal Jazz, 4-3. B.J. Bichler, who led the TML in strikeouts with 179 last year, was the difference-maker. The Toreros raised their record to 41-56.

Adam Whitlock was the walk-off hero for Cabo San Lucas. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Toreros pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Whitlock told the Cabo San Lucas Observer.
