Hawks Win, 10-9, in 14
Despite the exploits of left fielder Whip Dondale, the Kelowna Rockets were beaten by the Boise Hawks, 10-9, in 14 innings. Dondale went 2-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. The Hawks now have a record of 78-80 with the win over Kelowna.

Boise got a knockout punch from Kyle Seymour. The third baseman hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the 14th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

In postgame comments, Seymour said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
