The Bighorn Bison firmly defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 14-3, at The Kaleidoscope. The Bighorn offense was lit. Tom Clingan, for one, had a solid game. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Bison. The winning pitcher was 23-year old right-handed pitcher Dave Ransom. He tossed 91 pitches over 5.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits. The Bison are now 52-55, while the Butterflies fall to 36-71.

Bighorn used a clutch at-bat from Chris Crofts to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bison ahead, 6-2. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
