Neuner Swings Blazers to 18-6 Win
The Bloomington Blazers took on the Bighorn Bison at Ram Brewery Ballpark.

Bloomington first baseman Josh Neuner was instrumental in helping the Blazers triumph, 18-6, over the Bighorn Bison. Neuner was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Mario Solis snagged the win in relief. He goes to 9-6 on the season. Jeff Lee suffered the loss.

Bloomington relied on the hitting of Bill Shook to pick up the win. The center fielder ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the fifth inning to put the Blazers on top, 5-2. For the game, Shook had 1 triple and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Shook.

Bloomington is now 56-45.
