Victory Over ThunderBolts Takes Florence to 30-17
The Florence Y'alls beat the Windy City ThunderBolts, 7-3, at Gryphons Ballpark. The Y'alls got a fine performance from first baseman Mike Potter, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Andrew Lovings got credit for the win, improving to 4-3. He allowed no runs on 5 hits in 5.1 innings. The Y'alls own a robust 30-17 mark.
