Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at Martin Field.

Savannah Peaches starter Manny Otero pitched a good game to help his team take down the Yuma Varmits, 10-0. Savannah's record now stands at 87-70, placing them third in the TML R Otto Velez Division.

Roberto Gonzales took Yuma hurler Juan Cruz deep in the bottom of the second. His 3-run home run put the Peaches on top, 3-0. In all, Gonzales had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"We're all smiles after that win," Gonzales told the Savannah Daily.
