Starting pitcher Justin Oakley gave the Victoria Totems a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Paradise Island Pirates, 2-1, at Royal Athletic Park. Earning his 7th save for Victoria was Travis Aldredge. The 'W' lifts Victoria's record to 102-55.

The Totems got a big at-bat from designated hitter Luis Morales. For the game, Morales went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 18th home run of the season gave Victoria a 2-1 lead.
