Wild Things Walk It Off for 13th Win of Season
Trois-Rivieres first baseman Phil Schropp had a good game, even if his team did not. The Aigles dropped a 5-4 decision to Washington at Colonels Ballpark. Schropp hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. John Pritzker, credited with the win, is now 2-1. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 3 innings. The Wild Things saw their record improve to 13-12.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 15th. With Washington trailing 4-3, Chris Kline hit a fastball from Ryan Fugate to right for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Wild Things had a walk-off win.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Kline said.
