Y'alls Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
|
Florence Y'alls starter Mike Althiser pitched a strong game against the New York Boulders at Ballpark of Indianapolis, leading the Y'alls to a 4-2 win. Florence has an impressive 16-6 record.
Florence used the timely hitting of Mike Potter to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Y'alls on top, 3-0. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"We put together a nice win," Potter said.
