It seemed that Oconto Falls center fielder Kevin Sargent could do no wrong as the Timbers KO'd the Storm, 24-0. Sargent rapped out 5 hits in 6 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Storm hurlers were throwing.

"I think the Timbers were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Wichita fan after the game.

"I felt good. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Sargent in the postgame press interview.

Kevin Sargent struck out in the 1st, walked in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and doubled in the 9th.

Sargent currently has a .289 batting average with 163 hits, 17 homers, 116 RBIs, 94 runs scored and a .380 OBP.
