Murray Blasts Ambition, Black Bears Take Game 2, 14-5
Thunder Bay catcher Barry Murray was the difference-maker for the Black Bears in what turned into a shootout with the Indianapolis Ambition. Murray earned accolades after going 4-for-6 in the 14-5 Black Bears win. With the victory, the Black Bears moved into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-7 series.

A key moment came with two out in the top of the third. That's when Murray hit a fastball from Will Witten for a run-scoring double, putting Thunder Bay up, 2-1.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Murray told the Thunder Bay Citizen.

The next game is set to be played for Thursday, October 19th , 2062 at Edgbaston in Thunder Bay.
