Raucous "The Fort" at B.C. Place Crowd Propels Pioneers to 10-0 Victory; Series Tied at 3
The Vancouver Pioneers and the Milwaukee Millers will take the Wild Card Round to a decisive 7th game. Facing a must-win situation, the Pioneers shut out the Millers, 10-0, at "The Fort" at B.C. Place to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Vancouver left-hander James McColl did his part. He threw 9.0 innings of shutout ball.

McColl, a native of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, was dealing all game. He kept Milwaukee hitters off-balance, while giving the Pioneers 9 quality innings. McColl threw 85 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 2.

"I'm happy we won," said McColl. "That's first and foremost. My goal is for the team to win the day I pitch, however it's done."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at "The Fort" at B.C. Place in Vancouver.
