|
St. Paul Saints starter Johnny Parke turned in a sterling performance against the Campo NoBos, leading his team to a slim, 3-2 win. In 8 innings, Parke surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. Danny Chavez picked up the save, his 14th.
Left Fielder Chris Davis made an impact for St. Paul, when he swatted a 2-run double off David Ruano in the bottom of the fifth. For the contest, Davis went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.
