The home crowd had a good time watching the Atlantic City Rollers and Sandy Springs Spartans get after it.

Good production from designated hitter Nick Johnson helped the Sandy Springs Spartans topple the Atlantic City Rollers, 8-3. Johnson went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while scoring 3 times for the Spartans. Matt Richards, now 4-5, was credited with the win in 2 innings of relief. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1.
