LF Stowers Lights Up Butterflies for 5 RBIs as Luchadores Tie R1
Mexico City designated hitter Dan Stowers produced all the offense the Luchadores would need in the club's 9-3 win over the Pennsylvania Butterflies.

Stowers hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice, while Mexico City moved into a tie in the Wild Card Round. The Luchadores and Butterflies are now even at 2-2 in the best-of-7 series.

Stowers had a consequential at-bat in the bottom of the first for the Luchadores. Coming up with runners on 1st and 2nd and Mexico City trailing 1-0, he hit a 3-run home run.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Stowers. "And not try to do too much."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Royal Grounds in Mexico City.
