Totems Beat Tribbles, 6-4

Due in large part to left fielder Danny Rivera, the Victoria Totems sunk the Rosewell Tribbles, 6-4. Rivera went 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times. Travis Aldredge, who is tied for 2nd in the TR in holds with 6, nailed down the save. The third-place Tribbles dropped to 89-46.
With Victoria leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Rivera hit a fastball from Jose Bahena for a solo home run. It was his 17th home run of the season and put the Totems ahead, 5-3.
"I just tried to put the barrel on it," said Rivera.
