The Rutland Voodoos and the Frontance Falcons will take the League Championship Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Voodoos beat the Falcons, 10-4, at Ballpark of Morelia HS to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Rutland designated hitter Cris Garcia was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.

In the bottom of the fourth, Rutland shortstop Mike Harper had a productive at-bat. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out, Harper stroked a 2-run double to center. It made the score 3-0, Rutland. For the game, he went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI.

"Things broke our way today and that's great," Voodoos manager Jason Fritz said. "It's important, though, to stay focused and not pat yourself on the back too much. We aren't done yet."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ballpark of Morelia HS in Rutland.
