Critical Game 5 Goes to Host Falcons, 27-12
		 |

With right fielder Oscar Dalton leading the charge, the Frontance Falcons defeated the visiting Rutland Voodoos, 27-12, in Game 5 of the League Championship Series. Dalton hit 2 home runs. He scored 4 runs and drove in 6 at Chickenhawks Stadium to help Frontance take a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 series.
Bill Beauman stroked a bases-clearing double off Julian Hill in the bottom of the first, which put the Falcons on top, 7-4. In addition to the double, Beauman had 1 single and 1 triple, while going 3 for 7.
"Huge," Dalton said. "Game 5 is huge."
Game 6 is scheduled for Sunday at Ballpark of Morelia HS in Rutland.
