Oscar Enriquez, who is tied for 6th in the TR in innings pitched with 148.0, never let the Nutcrackers get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his splitter, to pitch the Timbers to a win, 5-1. Enriquez picked up the win for Oconto Falls, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 12-3. Alex de Jesus earned his 19th save, after closing out the game.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Monty Sexton? The Oconto Falls right fielder had a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Timbers on top, 4-0. For the game, Sexton had 1 double and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
