Enders Smacks 5 Hits for Islanders
It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Kevin Enders. Enders went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Wichita pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Barack H. Obama Park, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Coronado Islanders had a win, 17-7, over the Storm.

"Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview.

Kevin Enders hit a GRAND SLAM off Jose Donias in the 1st, hit a two-run triple in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Hector Soto in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.

Enders is currently batting .254 with 17 home runs, 73 RBIs and 73 runs scored. He has 95 hits in 374 at-bats.
