Eclipse Walk It Off for 56th Win of Season
The Chicago Eclipse turned back the Dallas Texans, 7-6, at Millennium Field. Miguel Benavides, in particular, had a fine performance. He slugged 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. The winner was Joe Umlah in relief. His record improves to 7-2. Chris Nugent took the loss. Chicago leads the Roberto Clemente League Central Division by 3 games.

Brad Davidson was the walk-off hero for Chicago. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Eclipse catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Benavides said.
