Behind the hitting of Alex Marrero, the Syracuse Orange Sox stopped the Brooklyn Cyclones, 7-2. Marrero was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Orange Sox. Syracuse, now 69-44, holds down second place in the RCL R Tony Fernandez Division.
