The Montreal Cardinals coasted to a win over the The Stinging Larvae, 10-3. David Nieves had a good day at the plate for Montreal. He was 2-2 with a triple and 3 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Fernando Mendoza was the winner. He's now 1-0. The loser was 17-year old right-handed pitcher Pedro Anguiano.
