Mooses Pull Off Thrilling 4-3 Win in Extras
The Manchester Mooses wiggled past the Brooklyn Cyclones, 4-3, in 10 innings at The Lava Flow. The win was highlighted by the performance of Manchester pitcher Craig Wood. The win puts the Mooses at 52-53, while the Cyclones drop to 63-42.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Jim Deatherage? The 19-year old first baseman Deatherage stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put Manchester up, 4-3. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Mooses manager Rodney Beam.
