Storm Sneak Past Seawolves, 2-1

Fans who came to The Storm Center watched the Wichita Storm and the Erie Seawolves fight to the finish.
The Wichita Storm got a stellar effort from pitcher Alex Juarez, helping Wichita score a 2-1 win over the visiting Erie Seawolves. The Storm have now won 4 straight.
Valke Armstrong was the walk-off hero for Wichita. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Storm designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
Afterward, Storm manager Francisco Solano was ebullient. "That was a fun game to coach," he told a group of reporters, adding, "I hope it was just as fun to watch."
