O'Neill Goes Off, But Larvae Win
Despite a great performance by Sedona left fielder Mike O'Neill, the The Stinging Larvae defeated the Sabercats by the score of 8-7 at The Queen. O'Neill was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. Earning his 1st save for The Stinging was Ricky Urdiales. The loss puts Sedona at 6-2.

John Spencer went 1 for 2 with a double and 3 walks for The Stinging. The 21-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring walk off Masataka Tamura. It was his 3rd walk of the season.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Spencer. "And not try to do too much."
