Victoria played host to The Stinging at the friendly confines of Royal Athletic Park.

The Victoria Totems beat the The Stinging Larvae, 11-5, at Royal Athletic Park. Victoria first baseman Matthew Mullineaux earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Bubba Mosher sewed up the save, his 1st.

John Weiden dealt the Larvae a blow in the bottom of the first. Batting with the bases loaded and Victoria leading 2-1, Weiden, who is tied for 4th in the TR in extra base hits with 26, hit a full count fastball for a bases-clearing double.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Weiden.

Victoria, at 34-21, occupies second place in the TMLR Fred McGriff Division.
