The Rosewell Tribbles got a superb performance from pitcher David Prieto, but the Victoria Totems still won the game, 5-4. Prieto threw 5.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Tome Sacadura earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. His record is now 4-0. The save was credited to Bobby Whittemore, his 2nd.

The Totems got a big at-bat from second baseman Oscar Romo. For the game, Romo was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 7th home run of the season gave Victoria a 4-2 lead.

"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Rosewell manager Leonel Alba.

With the win, the Totems hiked their record to 62-28.
