The Sedona Sabercats coasted to a win over the Carrollton Rangers, 10-3. David Roncal had a good day at the plate for Sedona. He went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Sedona pitcher Mario Avalos got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Ruben Castro got the loss. The Sabercats improved their record to 34-56 by beating Carrollton.

In the first inning, Roncal had a grand slam home run for Sedona. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Sabercats on top, 4-0.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Roncal told the Sedona Citizen.
