The Prince George Cougars cruised to a win over the Easton Caterpillars, 13-3, at The Back Draft. Cesar Meraz led the way, going 3-for-4 for Prince George. Juan Recio picked up the win, improving his season record to 5-5. He struck out 11 in 5.1 innings. Eddie Flores was called on to finish, recording his 2nd save.

Early in the game, Meraz had a 3-run home run for Prince George. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Cougars on top, 3-0.

"I have nothing to complain about," said winning manager Sergio Martínez after the game.
